Fifteen deliveries in. One delivery out.

Every vendor ships to our warehouse dock. We count it, check it and hold it until your site is ready.

How receiving works

Counted, checked, logged. The day it arrives.

Each shipment is matched to your order line by line. Anything that looks wrong is opened and inspected here, not on site. Everything else stays sealed until install.

Vendor ships to usYour purchase order or ours. The carrier delivers to our dock.
Counted against the orderTallied line by line. Shortages flagged to the vendor as soon as we find them.
Cartons checkedVisible damage photographed and opened. Carrier claims filed while they still stick.
Logged to your projectEvery line shows on your delivery portal as received, with the date.
Held until the site is readyRacked indoors by project. Out on one truck when the last piece is in.

On your portal

You see what landed without asking.

Each receipt posts to your project the day it comes in. Sixteen vendors on one model suite is normal; watching all sixteen arrive on one screen is the point.

Storage by the month

Billed per skid, so small orders stay small.

Indoor, racked, and organized by project. Storage is $60 per skid per month, one month minimum once product is with us past 48 hours. That is our $3.75 per square foot rate on the 16 square feet an average skid takes up. A sofa or a large loose piece counts as a skid. Long-term programs and full-floor projects can take dedicated space at $3.75 per square foot per month.

  • Receiving$25 per skid. Containers are priced on the same per-skid and per-piece rates.
  • Storage$60 per skid per month, or $3.75 per square foot per month for dedicated space.
  • Third-party pick-upYour own crew or carrier can collect from the dock. We stage it and load it.
